This includes administrating the implementation and improvement of processes through identification of operational, sales, and technological change that will have an impact on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Bill Fisher, Telemarketing Director Bill manages all activities associated with our outbound call center. He ensures productivity meets or exceeds standards and develops and implements sales objectives and strategies to grow our outbound division. This includes developing, implementing and improving processes through identification of operational, sales, and technological change that will have an impact on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Additionally, Bill is a member of American Bar Association (ABA), The American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), and practicing member of the New Jersey Bar (NJBA). He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Roman Pelech, Chief Technician and Assistant Network Administrator, is a COMPtia A+ certified technician. He is also experienced in Windows Networking and an Expert in PC and Server assembly. He is a trained mechanical draftsman (drawing board and CAD), with audio/video setup expertise.

Lucia Villasenor, Senior Programmer, has over 12 years in information technology. Lucia maintains and develops VB/Access applications for our clients and for our own internal use. Lucia developed our billing system which has evolved into an integrated information database for our company’s use. Lucia also creates productivity tools or database applications (such as Order and Fulfillment database, Emergency escalation, Lookup database, e-mailers) customizing them for our clients and linking them to our proprietary call center software enabling the operators to capture and distribute information in an efficient and timely manner.

Jeff Brown, Operations Manager: 15 years staffing & management experience.  Oversee day to day operations ensuring that we are meeting the staffing needs of our clients. We have a responsibility to our clients to provide efficient and quality service in a timely manner.  Delivering results on time every time
