We are located in the Southpoint Business Park in Jacksonville, Florida. Jacksonville is a convenient location for a call center. We are convenient to I-95 and all major thoroughfares The city has its own international airport, and experiences a temperate climate, with a low incidence of hurricane and tropical storm activity. Jacksonville’s chances of being hit by a hurricane are under 2% since the Gulf Stream draws them away from the coast. Our 60-seat call center in Jacksonville is powered by Citrix Servers with the Avaya phone system, supported by Liebert battery backup. The call center has its own diesel-powered generator which will power the center for 3 – 5 business days. The servers are in their own isolated area complete with a separate HVAC system. This area has its own, separately keyed entry.
The three Citrix Servers are redundant and power a “thin” client environment. We also have computer workstations on the floor for any necessary programs. The call center has completely automated timekeeping for all employees. We have keyless entry for the call center where employee access can be added or deleted as necessary. This gate keeping system allows us to control what hours of entry we assign to any individual, and helps assure the security and privacy of our data. The Avaya phone system can support almost anything you can think of, including VOIP. The CCC programming provides reports in almost any fashion a client may want. Additionally, we have VX Tracker software on line which provides excellent tracking of minutes for any client in a manner we can customize for them. The call center supports our clients’ web-based applications and recording of the calls via wave files for any client who would like this service.
We have an additional location in the heart of New York City’s flourishing Midtown West neighborhood and business district. This location occupies the entire 4th floor of 545 Eighth Avenue, approximately 7,500 square feet, and operates 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. We employ approximately 120 people at this location, with management comprising one-fourth of our staff. Management includes, supervisors, accounting, legal and marketing professionals, technicians and programmers.
