1-800 We Answer acquires Continental Systems, call center division
Industry leader and national telecommunications services provider 1-800 We Answer has acquired the call center systems division of Continental Systems, Inc. Continental Systems, a 60-seat call center, is based in Jacksonville, Florida, while 1-800 We Answer has its national headquarters and state-of-the art call center and answering service in the heart of midtown Manhattan in New York City. This key acquisition by 1-800 We Answer took many months to materialize.
Continental Systems call center currently employs 66 people, while the nearly 40-year old 1-800 We Answer communications company employs approximately 100. Continental Systems specialty area is receiving first loss notices for property and casualty insurance companies. Continental Systems also is the customer service and telephone order center for retailer Body Central, a Jacksonville, Florida based nationwide women's casual clothing company with stores located throughout the South, Midwest and Southwest United States.
